Underground prefabricated house

 

The building is located underground to take advantage of soil's thermal mass. The modulation was designed for an easy transportation by using regular size track. Four module types are proposed and the user can combine them in order to meet the user's needs. Passive systems are prioritized ahead of the actives, trying to reduce energy expenses.
